About Tabatha

My Story

I do not sell houses. I help people transition.

At 59, I have lived enough chapters to recognize one when I see it: the move after the loss, the downsize after the children, the divorce that no one saw coming, the inheritance that arrived with grief attached. These are not transactions. They are turning points.

My approach is patient, educational, and deeply personal. I believe a client should walk into every meeting more informed than they walked out of the last one. I believe questions are sacred. I believe pressure has no place in real estate.

And I do all of this in two languages, because my abuela taught me that some conversations are only honest in your mother tongue.
